As stated in our mission statement, we look to remove some of the financial impact to becoming a Local 180 signatory electrical contractor by reimbursing some of the costs required to secure a new contractors license, such as:

• Application fee of $250.
• Test fee of $150.
• Course materials up to $450.
• License bond up to $150.
• Fringe benefit bond up to $200.

The Fine Print

Maximum reimbursement shall not exceed $1,200 to any newly licensed and signatory electrical contractor. Reimbursement for re-activating an existing license is limited to $350 for the above mentioned bonds.
