"No Tobacco Use Policy"

Tobacco use is prohibited on Queen of the Valley Medical Center Property. This policy shall apply to:

  • All facilities and grounds owned by Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
  • Adjoining sidewalks to the Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
  • Parking lots that are used by Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

    • Tobacco products include but are not limited to:

  • Cigarettes
  • Cigars
  • Pipe Smoking
  • Chewing Tobacco

    • All contractors are responsible to enforce this policy with their employees/coworkers. Violations to this policy will be reported and the following disciplinary actions will be taken.

  • 1st violation - Written Warning.
  • 2nd violation - Permanente Removal from Job Site. - NO EXCEPTIONS!
