Energy Auditing Techniques for Small and Medium Commercial Facilities January 5-7, 2010, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm each day

During this three-day workshop, the instructors will focus on the audit process and foster attendees' ability to identify energy efficiency, demand response, and operations and maintenance opportunities in existing facilities. Technologies covered will include lighting, mechanical systems, motors, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and plug loads. Energy Audit Skills: Tools, Data Collection Techniques, and Calculations January 8, 2010, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm

This one-day program serves as an addendum to the PEC’s three-day Energy Audits training with a focus on monitoring equipment, data collection and cost calculations. Topics will include collecting nameplate data, billing data analysis, equipment efficiencies, run-time monitoring, and pay-back analysis.
